I'm Tom, a product design lead making products that drive action.

Right now I'm at Noda, where my research gave the company the green light to go AI-first and I led the design of its AI agents. The platform won the Digie Award at Realcomm 2026.

Before that, I led UX at the BBC for search and navigation for iPlayer, launched BBC Sounds on TV and BBC Ideas, which won a Webby.
