I'm Tom, a product design lead who turns complex data into products people act on.

Right now I'm at Noda, I wrote the action-focused strategy at the heart of its AI-first relaunch, and led research and design on its AI agents. The platform won the Digie Award at Realcomm 2026.

Before that, I led UX at the BBC: the first Sounds TV app, search and navigation for iPlayer across four platforms, and BBC Ideas, which won a Webby.
